What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the best format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in various shapes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way are then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds that you have specified. The head of each photo is also found, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the captured image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place in parallel in several dimensions.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose to receive his picture as a file.

The photo taken is then sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the various versions for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.

Of course there is also the possibility to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the system is taken over directly.
