The use of a photo box for employee photos

Our proposed solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees are allowed to stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee report can be set up.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

How does the employee get the photo?

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original image and the different formats for the various target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
