What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to take their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read in directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a sharing option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also located, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photo taken and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the connection.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.
The image output can take place at the same time in different dimensions.

How does the employee get their photo?

- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photobox provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the photo box is bought immediately.
