The use of a photo box for employee photos

One possible solution

You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, employees can sit down in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the required actions on the display.

How does the employee get the photo?

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original image and the various sizes for the various target systems.
2. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The Photobox provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
