The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the optimal format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the required actions on the display.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be set up.

After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

The recording will be saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the Active Directory). The file name is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place in parallel in several formats.

How does the employee get his photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for employees to receive their picture as a file.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can copy their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this route only takes place in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
