What should be achieved?

The personal photos are automatically cut to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in various sizes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You can place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo booth, similar to the photo booth, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way will later become an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved image and the internal employee data record via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.

As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place simultaneously in different dimensions.

Logically, each file can also be "branded" using company logos and/or the name and position of the employee will be included directly on the image.

How does the staff get their photo?

To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory is not the only one to benefit from the new recordings, there are three different ways for staff to choose from to get their picture as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed, which the staff can use to load their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which staff can save their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

Further deployment options

In order to make the best possible use of the purchase, you have the following options:

The cost frame

The investment for the purchase of a photo box adapted in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course there is also the possibility to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is taken over immediately.
