One possible solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen, similar to the photo booth.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.

How does the employee get his picture?

   The photo taken is then sent to the employee's email address.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original photo and the different versions for the different target systems.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can copy their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
