The solution

You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the field service employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photobox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to load his original recording and the different formats for the different target systems.
