The personal photos can be independently optimized to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the cafeteria, at the ID office or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen, similar to the photo booth.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobooth can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way then subsequently becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a checkbox for internal/external use of the image.

After the photograph of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head is located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a defined position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved image and the internal employee data record via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place synchronously in different dimensions.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with logos and/or the employee's name and position can be directly visible on the image.

How do the staff get their picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to get his picture digitally.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email address.
