1. GDPR compliant video download for visitors
   Our unique gallery system ensures that each visitor only has access to his or her video or videos. For this, each person at the 360° Booth gets a business card with a pre-printed random download code. This code then fits exactly to this film.
2. Integrated control system
   At the same time, the stylish stainless steel columns serve as a guidance system for guests (also with LED light band). This ensures safe operation of the 360° video booth even when there is no ambient light.
3. The system operator
   Each event module is only as good as the person who takes care of it. Our system operator is responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of addressing the participants and serves as a source of ideas when some "ingenuity" is needed on the platform.
4. Design of the films with intro / outro / overlay
   There are different ways to brand the result. We would be happy to inform you about this.
5. Construction of a 360 ° spincam system
   For larger events (from 500 people) another identical module is available through our cooperation partner at the same conditions. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the start of the recording to the display of the generated film. The phase that visitors need to prepare and the number of "takes" that a guest wants can hardly be predicted. On average, however, you can assume a duration of approx. 2.5 minutes. The space requirement is approx. 4×4 meters. A 230V power connection is required in the immediate vicinity.
6. Archiving the video data
   Upon request, we can archive the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted archive system.

   In addition to the GDPR-compliant online gallery, it is also possible to send an e-mail on site using the operator's iPad. If you would like the videos to be sent by e-mail, please let us know your subject, the content of the e-mail and your intended signature. For this alternative, a sufficiently fast WLAN must be made available on site.

   As our client, you can choose up to 12 effects for the film from 192 variants.
9. Professional 4-6 point LED lights
   With up to 6 powerful RGB LED effect light bars on exclusive stainless steel columns, there is always enough light for the recordings.
