One possible solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the human resources department, at the ID office or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo booth, similar to the photo booth, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The screen serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as e.g. B. Personnel number, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is immediately read from the company ID. The employee data collected in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is determined, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved image and the internal employee data record via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can take place in parallel in several dimensions.

Of course, each file can also be "personalized" using company logos and/or the name and position of the employee will also appear on the image.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then immediately sent to the employee's e-mail inbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download their original photo and the various formats for the different target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobox provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery where employees can download their images. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
