The solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.

   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the staff can use to copy down the original recording and the various versions for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can save their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
