A suggested solution

You place a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read out immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or many background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photographed portrait and the internal employee data set. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place simultaneously in various dimensions.

How did the staff come to the picture?

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo will be sent directly to the employee's email address.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
