The staff photos are automatically adapted to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many formats and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read out immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way will later become an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or more backrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also located, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

The recording is saved in a size and format that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the photographed portrait and the internal employee data set. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different forms at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and / or the name and position of the employee can appear directly on the picture.

How do the staff get their picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, employees can choose between three different ways to get their picture digitally.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email address.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
