Our proposed solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The information recorded in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds you have specified. In the same way, the head of each photo is found, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.

The recording is saved in a size and format determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the saved photo and the internal employee data record via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.

2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the staff can copy down their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
