The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or bring up to date their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that no extra personnel is needed on site.
You give your employees the option to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically optimized to the optimal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several formats and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the connection.

As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place in parallel in many sizes.

Logically, each file can also be “personalized” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately shown on the picture.

How does the staff get their photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, there are three different ways for employees to get their photos digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's inbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
