The staff photos are automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees are allowed to stand in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read out directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then later a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be set up.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the picture can automatically be exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved image and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.

As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take many forms at the same time.

How does the employee get his picture?

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

Alternative uses

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment
