What should be achieved?

You give your employees the option to fully identify themselves at any time with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically cut to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different formats and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.

Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and format that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can happen in different dimensions at the same time.

Logically, each file can also be “branded” with company logos and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately visible on the picture.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for employees to receive their photos digitally.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original image and the various sizes for the various target systems.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
