You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the cafeteria, at the ID office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen, just like at a passport photo machine.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobooth can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download their original photo and the different formats for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code will appear on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
