One possible solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.

2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording as well as the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can load their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
