The staff photos can be automatically cut to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read out immediately from the employee ID. The information collected in this way is then later a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also located, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.

How does the employee get the picture?

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobox provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can copy his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.

In order to make the best possible use of the acquisition, you have the following options:
