Our proposed solution
You place a photo booth perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then later part of the file name of the employee photo.

After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can automatically be exchanged for one or many of the backrounds you specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.
The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the connection.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.

How does the employee get his photo?

- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can load his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photobox. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
