The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the best possible format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in certain formats and aspect ratios.

The solution

You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.

After the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or more of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined position.

The photo is saved in a size and format defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.

A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.

How does the employee get his picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose to receive his photo as a file.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can copy down his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original recording as well as the various versions for the various target systems.
