A suggested solution

You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can be read in immediately from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way will later become an element of the file name of the employee photo.

After the photo of the employee's picture has been taken, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved photo and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place in parallel in several dimensions.

How does the employee get the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, employees can choose between three different ways of receiving their image digitally.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to load his or her original recording and the different formats for the different target systems.

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:
