Our proposed solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees are allowed to sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the captured image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.

As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place in parallel in different formats.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the workforce to receive their photos as a file.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email address.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the different target systems.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where the staff can copy down their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
