What should be achieved?
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and/or update their own employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves completely at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the right format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as e.g. B. ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up in such a way that the data is read directly from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way then subsequently becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the employee photo has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format defined by you (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the file is used to compare the photo taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place in parallel in different dimensions.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the help of the company logo and/or the name and position of the employee will also appear on the image.

How does the employee get the photo?
To ensure that the CRM system or ActiveDirectory is not the only one to benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to also receive their photo digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to copy his original recording and the different versions for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
