The field staff in your company have the option of creating and/or updating their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the dining room or company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra staff on site.
You give your teams the chance to always identify 100% with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently optimized to the best format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in several formats and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to the photo booth and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information, e.g. B. ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be set up.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds specified by you. The head is also identified for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). The file name is used to compare the photograph taken with the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different dimensions at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” using the logo and/or the employee's name and position will be immediately visible on the image.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new pictures, there are three different ways for the sales representative to get his picture as a file.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to copy his original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
