It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional staff are not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to fully identify themselves at any time with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the appropriate format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You can place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the required actions on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the company ID card. The data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be replaced by one or more of the background settings you specify. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photographed image and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the connection.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in parallel in many dimensions.

How did the staff get the photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for employees to get their photos digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobox provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photobox.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then sent to the employee's mailbox.

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:
