What should be achieved?

It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the option to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the optimal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The information collected in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be set up.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can automatically be exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also found, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the recorded portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can be done synchronously in many dimensions.

How does the employee get the photo?

- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the different versions for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where the staff can copy down their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
