One possible solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.

How does the employee get their photo?

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the sales representative can use to load his or her original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.
