The solution

You can place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo booth and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen, similar to the photo booth.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. Personnel number, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobooth can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read directly from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee report can also be displayed.

After the employee portrait has been photographed, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a specified position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the stored image and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place at the same time in various dimensions.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and/or the employee's name and position will be immediately visible on the image.

How do the staff get their picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new pictures, there are three different ways for the employees to get their picture as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to copy the original photo and the different versions for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can load their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

Additional deployment options

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following possible uses:

Of course there is also the option to test the system in advance on a rental basis for 650 € + 1 € / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is retained.
