The mission goal
The employees in your company have the option of photographing and/or updating the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a location that changes on a regular basis (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the best format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo booth and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display, just like with the passport photo machine.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data, e.g. B. Personnel identifier, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.
After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). A comparison is made between the photographed portrait and the in-house employee data record via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can take place in many dimensions at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with logos and/or the name and position of the employee will be included in the image.

How does the employee get the picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory gets the benefit of the new pictures, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to copy his original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN, which the employee must dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code will appear on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
Other uses
In order to take full advantage of the purchase, you have the following options:

The need for investment

Of course, there is also the possibility to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
