It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your employees the opportunity to always identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the best format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up so that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.

After the employee portrait has been recorded, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as options.
The image output can take many forms at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with company logos and / or the name and position of the employee can be directly on the picture.

How does the employee get his photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, the employee has three different ways to choose to receive his photo digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original recording as well as the various versions for the different target systems.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can copy down his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
