The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).

You give your teams the opportunity to fully identify themselves at any time with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the best format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees are allowed to stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the recording.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or more background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed image and the in-house employee data set. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are also available.

How does the photographed person get his picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, employees can choose between three different ways of receiving their image digitally.

The photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the different formats for the various target systems. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
