The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company have the option of creating and / or updating their individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).

The staff photos can be independently adapted to the best format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can stand in front of the photo booth in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.

How does the staff get their photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new pictures, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his photo as a file.

  1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
    The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
    At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photobox.
  2. Download from an online gallery
    At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems.
  3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
    The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's email inbox.
