The mission goal
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra staff on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, freed from distracting elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, just like with a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as e.g. B. Personnel ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is immediately read from the company ID. The data collected in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the photo.
After the employee photo has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is determined, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). The file name is used to compare the photograph taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in parallel in different forms.

Of course, each file can also be "personalized" using company logos and/or the designation and position of the employee can be directly visible on the image.

How does the photographed person get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory gets the benefit of the new pictures, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture as a file.
- Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original recording and the various sizes for the different target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The Photobooth provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

Of course, there is also the opportunity to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for €650 + €1/employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the system is taken over immediately.
