The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra staff on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to fully identify themselves at any time with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the appropriate format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the image can be automatically exchanged for one or more backrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed photo and the in-house employee data set. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image can be output in many sizes at the same time.

How does the employee get his photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory come into possession of the new recordings, employees can choose between three different ways of receiving their picture as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photobox.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.

In order to get the most out of your purchase, you have the following options:
