The mission goal
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your employees the option to always identify themselves 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the ideal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in several sizes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the required steps on the display.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The information collected in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Alternatively, a data protection screen can be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the employee portrait has been recorded, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. In the same way, the head of each photo is found, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the captured image with the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image can be output in different formats at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately visible on the picture.

How does the employee get his photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for employees to get their picture digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original recording as well as the different versions for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email address. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the photo box is bought directly.
