The mission goal
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to always identify 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the best possible format, annoying elements in the background are removed and, if desired, saved in many formats and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the display, as with the passport photo machine.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as e.g. B. ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data is read in immediately from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be displayed.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place synchronously in several sizes.

How does the employee get his picture?
To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not get hold of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get their photo digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to copy his original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

Of course, there is also the opportunity to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased immediately.
