The mission goal
The employees in your company have the option of creating and / or updating their individual employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves completely at any time with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various sizes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place in parallel in various dimensions.

How does the employee get the photo?

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original image and the various formats for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
