What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra personnel on site.
You give your teams the option to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently adapted to the best format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The data recorded in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photo taken and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different dimensions at the same time.
So you always have the ideal photo for
the CRM system, Facebook, XING, Twitter, Outlook

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be directly on the picture.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his picture as a file.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can copy his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photobox. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email address. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to load his or her original image and the different formats for the various target systems.
Alternative uses
