You give your workforce the opportunity to always fully identify themselves with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The data collected in this way are then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be displayed.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds that you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified position.

How does the employee get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new recordings, there are three different ways for employees to receive their photo as a file.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can load his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original recording as well as the different versions for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
