The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently optimized to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in certain dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the image.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place in different formats at the same time.
So you always have the best photo for

Logically, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately visible on the picture.

How does the employee get his picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose to receive his photo digitally.

1. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is then sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems.

Further deployment options

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment

The price for the purchase of such a perfected photo box starts at approx. 4,400 € plus VAT and pays off for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the possibility to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased directly.

Customer ratings
