The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company have the option of photographing their own employee photo and / or bringing it up to date at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional staff are not needed on site.
You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves completely at any time with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically optimized to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in various shapes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
