The mission goal
The employees in your company have the option of photographing and/or updating their own employee photo at a fixed location or at a periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra personnel on site.
You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically optimized to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen, as with the passport photo machine.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. Personnel number, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
After photographing the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or several backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head is located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). A comparison between the photographed portrait and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.
The image can be output in different formats at the same time.

How does the employee get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can enjoy the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to get his photo digitally as well.

The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original recording and the different formats for the different target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can copy their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
