The mission goal
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves completely with their own employee photo at any time.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then later a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be set up.
After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or more background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photographed photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.
The image output can happen in different dimensions at the same time.

How did the staff come to the picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can enjoy the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose to receive his picture as a file.

The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
