What should be achieved?
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to identify themselves completely around the clock with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will sit in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be set up.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the image is used to compare the recorded image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.

How does the employee get his picture?

The photobox provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
