The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company get the opportunity to create and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your staff the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically cut to the best possible format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photobooth in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a defined point on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved photo and the internal employee data record via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.

How does the employee get their photo?

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems.
