The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the option of creating and / or updating their individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra personnel on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently cut to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several sizes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The information recorded in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the recording.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place in parallel in various sizes.

How do the staff get their picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his photo digitally.

The Photo Box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original recording as well as the different formats for the various target systems.
Alternative deployment options
To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is taken over directly.
