The staff photos are automatically adapted to the best format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in several formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then later an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be set up.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or many of the backrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the photographed photo and the in-house employee data set via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.

How does the photographed person get the picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his photo as a file.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can load his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.

At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his or her original recording as well as the different formats for the different target systems.
